Getting started with Replication Manager

Question

I'm new to EMC storage and trying to get up to speed with Replication Manager, in particular for use with our database and e-mail backups.  Reading up on the Admin and Product Guides, it looks like I need the following software components installed on the production and mount hosts (both Solaris),      - EMC Solultions Enabler (multithreaded)      - EMC CLARiiON Navisphere Agent      - EMC Navisphere Secure CLI (not required on VMware virtual hosts)      - EMC Admsnap So far I've been able to pull down the Solutions Enabler (7.1) and the Replication Manager 5.2 (and SP2) off the Powerlink Support Downloads menu, but I'm not seeing the other components.  Wondering if some these are included with the SE or RM kits, if not, any pointers as to where I can find them? Thanks. John

If the downloads don't show up after your sites have been registered send an email to powerlink@emc.com and request access to those areas of Powerlink. Sometimes the downloads aren't enabled for new accounts.

You will find the Navisphere Agent and CLI at this location:

Support > Software Downloads and Licensing > Downloads J-O > Navisphere Server Software

And the SnapView Admsnap at this location:
Support > Software Downloads and Licensing > Downloads S > SnapView

Thanks for the tip Aran, that's where I was looking for them. Looking at this a bit

more, it looks like we haven't registered our site id yet, which is probably why the

items aren't there. I just did the "Register your Software Sites" option, so hopefully

the items will show up shortly. Thanks for confirming that is indeed the correct

location.
