If the downloads don't show up after your sites have been registered send an email to powerlink@emc.com and request access to those areas of Powerlink. Sometimes the downloads aren't enabled for new accounts.

You will find the Navisphere Agent and CLI at this location:

Support  >  Software Downloads and Licensing  > Downloads J-O  > Navisphere Server Software

And the SnapView Admsnap at this location:
Support  >  Software Downloads and Licensing  > Downloads S  > SnapView

Thanks for the tip Aran, that's where I was looking for them.  Looking at this a bit

more, it looks like we haven't registered our site id yet, which is probably why the

items aren't there.  I just did the "Register your Software Sites" option, so hopefully

the items will show up shortly.  Thanks for confirming that is indeed the correct

location.
