How to recover data from block.rdf file

I have 2 sites Site A & Site B connected via wan link, replistor is installed on both the site. Because of some problem we initated manual failover on Site B. After couple of days we initated failback to Site A from Site B and syncronize the data. But we had found that the Data on site A is not current Data so again we had manually done failover to Site B but data on site B was same as site A (not a current data). when i checked the Block.rdf file size on Site B it was around 14 gb (2nos. each of 7 Gb) so according to me data which has to be replicated from Site B to Site A was blocked and saved in BLOCK.rdf file (because of some Wan link problem occur during syncronization at Failback).

So can any one tell me what is the procedure to recover the data from Block.rdf file?
