Is it a shared data source? It seems that for some reason the data source failed and got reinitialized. Did you see any other errors in the AutoStart Log files that get created?
Thanks guys - sorry for the late response, but I'm still having this issue and it seems that the agent is a dependent of the backbone. According to the backbone log, I see the following message the same time as the InitializeData Error:
Backbone info Wed Oct 22 06:59:41 2008 ID00004361 disconnecting from Process (1/40:4224.0)
... Process (2/40:rtcp_2.0) reported the problem
Any idea on how to troubleshoot this? I did notice that the backbone is dependent on the TCP/IP Protocol Driver, so perhaps that may be the issue?

When the node of AutoStart shut down at the same time, this event will be output.
You will see the event that shut down in the system log.
