Lun Status "in use" after replication job ends

I am running Replication Manager 5.2 and after the clone, copy, replication etc ends successfully, the storage luns on both arrays are left "In Use". The only way I have been able to free them up is to delete th clon and imcremental copy job from the application set. Am I missing something in the configuration?
