replication error
I get 102058 INFORMATION: Not loading any VSS Provider. VSS will not be used for this job. error could anybody help me

To my knowledge this is not an error. Certain type of RM replications (like VMFS ) will not make use of Microsoft VSS .
This is normal and this message is just informational

Gives us more info. What product, application version, etc.
