Replication

Hi,

I am looking for a solution allowing backup on disks (not tapes) and replication of data to another site (speed of the line is 1Mb/s), the arrays could be Celerra. Any advice ?

For backup to disk and site to site replication we have been using DataDomain arrays for over three years now and they are great backup arrays for that purpose (and are now owned by EMC so you can buy them from EMC ;-) ).

I don't have any experience with the EMC D2D arrays so I can't comment on them.

For BCP operations we use RecoverPoint to replicate our line of business applications asynchronously to our DR site. Great product for that purpose.
