RM default user/password

Question

Just installed RM for the first time. According to documentation you first log in with username 'administrator' and any password, RM will ask for a new password. However, all I get is 'Invalid user or password'. Anyone have the answer? RM 5.1.0.0

The user name is case sensitive. Did you try 'Administrator' with a capital A?

Boy, somedays I just feel stupid.........Thanks, worked just fine. Too many years in the Microsoft world with case insensitive usernames.

Well just to make things more confusing not all of the EMC GUIs are consistent. For example, ECC uses Windows accounts so those logons are not case sensitive.
