VSS errors with Replistor and Exchange
I get the following error on Replistor when a scheduled (or manual) shadow copy is done:
Shadow Copy Failed: Windows-text 31. A device attached to the system is not functioning.
I have installed all the patches and service packs as prescribed in the manual, but I keep getting the above error.
Any ideas on what is causing it?

Use vssadmin to make sure this is not this case. If you type vssadmin on the CLI, it will give you a help on how to use the commands.
