What's "runonce.exe"? I'm getting a message that this file may be

Dimension 8250 Heat Issues
I have an 8250, that came with 256mb of RDRAM.
I then upgraded from http://www.4allmemory.com
to 512mb of RDRAM.
Everything was working properly for a few hours, then i started getting
