i`m having a problem with my dvd druve. I was about to burn a backup of

Everytime I am using my s-video, if i close the lid to my inspiron 6000, the
s-video will shut itself off, and i have to reenable it via Fn+F8. Is there any
way that i could configure my computer so that when I close the lid, the
