Missing .net updates?
I downloaded and installed 19 updates today including some for .net
that were offered for my system running XP SP3.
After rebooting, I ran Belarc Advisor to check on the status of these
new updates. Belarc reports that 3 old critical

Just bought a dell OptiPlex 780 with the Intel 82567LM-3 Net Card.
Finding out now that it's not a wireless card and either need to change
something in the setting (if it is actually a wireless card), or need to find a

1394 Net Adapter
I'm trying to reinstall Windows on my 700m and I'm wondering if there is any
driver for the 1394 port? The hardware profile states that there is a 1394 Net
Adapter but I couldn't find the driver on the downloads page. Is there a
driver? or will the chipset driver be sufficient? Thank you.

For an XPSP3 downgrade reinstall, it seems necessary to install .net
3.0 for the video drivers and .net 3.5 or 4 for the Chipset PCI serial drivers
(SOL/LMS). Is this correct? Hate to add the overhead of 2 versions of .net for
