Q, W, E, R, U, I, O and P keys don't work
On my Inspiron 5100 the Q, W, E, R, U, I, O and P keys stopped
working. Could this have been caused by a fuction key remapping or other
software change or is it likely a hardware problem? Everything else seems to
work.

Dell Inspiron 1012 factory restore problem
I've just found out my very old 1012 for my kid to play with. I'm
pretty sure there's a Partition Q which should be a factory recovery image. But

My friens is having keyboard problems on her laptop, she didn't drop
