How to remove the pre-installed Microsoft Office
the box? It does not show up in Control Panel as software to
uninstall.
(I really hate this stuff that comes preinstalled, which you can't
access, which takes up precious disk space, but that you can't easily
remove...)

Failed PC Restore for Windows XP--help!
the PC and monitor went into "powersave" mode. When I
manually shut off the PC and restart, I get the Dell, then the blue stripe at
the top, then the Windows screen, and then ka-bam, powersave.
I just want my desktop back, so I can stop using this old laptop! Help
please!

Windows XP Slow Startup when connected to the network
from starting,
defragged my drive with XP's built in defrager, used BootVis to optimise my
startup and finally ran "Rundll32.exe advapi32.dll, ProcessIdleTasks"
Any advice would be appreciated as this is an annoying little feature
of upgrading to XP.

Am I way too paranoid about the sounds my hard drive makes?
concerned about these noises (i.e. hard drive death soon comes?) or am I just
way too paranoid about the health of my pc and I should just run a defrag
and/or some other utility software to sort out the operating system (Windows

U3818DW, Quadro M620 resolution issue
with the NVidia
driver regarding the resolution, as the Dell Display Manager says that it
cannot communicate with the U3818DW via the driver.
