XPS 200 Mic doesn't work

New xps 200 with sigmal tel conflicting with the headset microphone. When I bring up Microsoft sound recorder it works but when I try to use it anyother time it doesn't. Is there something with this sigmal tel that needs to be configured?

hi we reinstalled windows xp with sp3 on my sons vostro 200 desktop pc but when we tried to connect to the internet it wouldnt connect, so we reinstalled vista and and straight away it connected to the internet, has any one got any ideas as to what would cause that

Vostro 200 hit by lightning

Hi all,My Vostro 200 all of a sudden stopped booting. I get error msg Invalid System Disk,replace the disk,then press any key. when this first happened i was able to F8 or F12 to get to desktop. Nothing works now,i even put in OS disk with no luck.Can someone help?

Hi I have a XPS 200 and it wont post, It has a orange power light, the LED on the motherboard is orange and the fans go full speed. The power button does nothing it wont turn off until you unplug the power cable and the process happens again as soon as you plug the power
