Hi, Does anyone know the dimensions of the fan attached to the cpu

Hello,
My Vostro 200 won't display to monitor, or it could be that it won't
boot up. I am 100% certain the monitor is not the issue. But I haven't touched
the vostro 200 in a long time. There are no beeps. When I first plug it in, I
