Hi, I am planning to install ESRS IP Client for VNX. I checked ESRS Site Verification by esrs.emc.com/esrs/provisioning/siteId/XXXXXXX/deviceType/ESRS-GW/siteVerification. And then, I got messaige of "<errorMessage>Site doesn't have a valid ESRS Part number in CSI errorMessage>".

My customer needs to upgrade Policy Manager to address vulnerability scan findings. Is there a minimum Gateway Client version for PM 6.6?  They are on 2.16 at the moment.  I looked at the release notes and didn't see any version requirements, but I may have missed it. Thanks in advance

Hello, The ESRS 2.28 planing guide states that Windows Server Standard 2012 R1 is supported. It does not state that Windows Server Standard 2012 R2 is supported.  Is the documentation behind or is R2 not supported? Thanks! -Eric

Hi All, Last night on the same VNX2 array we had a BugCheck and then shortly after a disk failure. The disk failure automatically created an SR and we got a response.  The BugCheck did not create an SR, I had to create it manually. Is ESRS able to create an SR for a BugCheck? Ben
