What are the allowable special characters for root and admin passwords in SCG 5.10?

We got burned after upgrading from SRS to SCG 5.00.07 because we couldn't perform the initial login from root due to invalid special characters in the password. I'm hoping SCG 5.10 was updated to support the same special characters as SRS.

Hi, The dropdown when adding a device manually only loads ~26 items. We have over 30 credentials loaded and its growing. I see in the API I can set an offset and get the information I need to load devices via the API but I can't get that working either.

Devices are in failed status when enabling the windows firewall (Secure Connect Gateway - Application version)

All devices are in success state when windows firewall disabled otherwise all are in failed state. Anyone can help to solve by providing the details of required ports. I have already allowed all ports mentioned in the document.

OME API's DeviceService/Devices missing devices

As I ingest from OME Version 3.8.0 (Build 35) using DeviceService/Devices every day, I notice that the number of devices returned from this interface diminishes nearly monotonically.  After four months, I'm getting <80% of initial count.  I can verify that most, if not all devices
