Aurora r5 stock heatsync having problems of voltage with modular evga 750 watt psu

The stock fan on the stock provided heatsink of the Aurora R5 is spinning as fast as it can while holding a 6700k, mind you, at a stable temp of around 30C Idle. The previous cpu and psu were almost silent, while now the fan seems to be running at max RPM while being powered by the cpu1
