Vostro 200 and XP Installation Problem

I've just set up an Vostro 200 system at an office but i noticed a
short message during boot that says "AHCI bios not installed!" I belive that is
has something to do with the SATA config. There is no RAID present. Just two

XPS 200 USB support on boot up
I have a XPS 200 that had spyware on it. I removed it via programs
supplied by Dell. Now when I try to boot up I have no mouse or keyboard
support. Because of this I can not access BIOS to reenable legasy USB support.
