need to install Microsoft RAS. Then it shuts down no error code. I have searched for 4 days now on this problem. Microsoft says ask Dell or NetZero, Net Zero says ask Dell or Microsoft and Now I can not find anything on this here on Dell's form or a real live person to talk to.
