Notebook foi desligado e depois não ligou mais

Na minha opinião trata-se de obsolescência programada e um descaso completo. A máquina com 30 horas de uso foi desligada no sistema, desligada da tomada, guardada, 7 dias após ao tentar utilizar o notebook o mesmo não liga mais.  Daí fui estudar o problema no google e descobri que o fabricant
