NO DIAL TONE - NO VISIBLE COM PORTS?!?
Hi,
I have an Inspiron 2200 with an internal conexant D110 MDC V.9x modem,
however when I try to connect to my ISP I receive a No-Dial Tone error (680).
My modem is apparently using Com Port 3 but when I check device manager there
are no Com Ports Listed.
