I am having problems with my E drive(dvd/cd-rw drive).
We have burned a cd and it works fine, but when I try to copy my pictures to a

E6420 e port plus with multile monitors
When I got my E6420 and e port plus, I was able to connect to 3
external monitors (2 DVI, 1 VGA) and use the LCD on the laptop as an extended
desktop. Yesterday when I booted the laptop, it appeared to re-install the

Computer not recognizing Drive E
I have a Dimensions 2400 and everything was fine two weeks ago. We
installed two new photo programs and used the E drive to install them. Now, the
computer does not recognize that drive at all. The door still opens and closes,

My d and e drives are not working. It said they where installed but
not working giving me an error code of 41. I uninstalled them. I have know idea

E Drive tray opens at startup
This just started happening on my Dimension 8400. On every startup the
E drive tray door opens, and when it is closed it opens again. Sometimes the
drive tries to initiate. Any suggestions?

Fed Govt retired computer guy. I picked up a Dell
latitude e 6440 at a yard sale. I cleaned it up and it ran great. I tried to
install windows 10 DVD. It loaded fine. I tried to activate on the 6440 using a
valid key. I was rejected saying I needed to use my companies activation
