My COM Port on a Poweredge 1550 doesn't show up in device manager on
Windows Server 2003 or Windows 2000. It doesn't appear to be installed.

APC UPS and COM ports
I have found that my APC 1400 SmartUps is not communicating with
either of the COM ports in my PE4400. If I leave it plugged into port 1 it
thinks that the UPS is always on battery power no matter what the state of the
