Inspiron 24 3475 AIO, add a second monitor

Dell Inspiron 7425 - 24 gigs ram possible?

My 7425 came with 1 8gb dimm memory. There are two slots. The specs do not say you can add a 16gb dimm to make 24 gigs total. But you can have a 4gb and an 8gb for 12. Can someone help me find out if I can add 1 16gb dimm for 24gb total
