8250 Noise
I have owned several Dell machines but this new 8250 is the first one I have
had that makes a loud humming noise when it boots. It is loud (it is not a DVD
drive noise of a fan noise) humming noise. After 20 minutes the noise becomes
low. Is this normal?

Loud Aurora ALX
Hi everyone. I´ve recieved my Aurora ALX a week ago. At first, delivery
was fast. Order date was 12/21/2009 and delivering was 01/07/2010. Must say
that I´m from Austria.

Hello, I've just bought Inspiron 1521 after years of being a Mac user
and I find that it makes a lot of noise. The noise is not related to start up
noise or the fan noise, it's random and is as though one were running one's

Alienware Aurora Can't Start
When I pressed the On button on my alienware aurora, the CPU started
but all I can hear is loud noise from the fan (louder than usual) and nothing

GPU reaches around 85℃, the fan starts to run at full
speed, it's like there's an aeroplane taking off next to me. The CPU temp is
