Computer not recognizing Drive E

I have a Dimensions 2400 and everything was fine two weeks ago. We installed two new photo programs and used the E drive to install them. Now, the computer does not recognize that drive at all. The door still opens and closes, but nothing happens. Please help someone who is not computer

E6420 e port plus with multile monitors

When I got my E6420 and e port plus, I was able to connect to 3 external monitors (2 DVI, 1 VGA) and use the LCD on the laptop as an extended desktop. Yesterday when I booted the laptop, it appeared to re-install the video driver for some reason, and now I can only connect to 2 monitors.

E Drive tray opens at startup
