CD R/RW & DVD R/RW WON'T ALLOW ROXIO INSTALLATION, NO DELL SUPPORT EITHER

Dell Inspiron 17 R, Special edition - very long charging time
Just got a new Inspiron 17 R SE - and noticed that after charging
several times, it still takes a whopping 3 hour PLUS time to charge. I have
