XPS 1810: battery loses 6% of its charge in 24 hours when shut down.
Dell XPS 1810 with i7 CPU and 8Gb RAM onboard. OS: Win 8
64bit.
One day I noticed that the battery lost about 9% of its charge in 24
hours when the computer was properly shut down. No sleep mode, no hibernation.
Just correct shut down.

WB7022 Webcam, only outputting 4K 24 fps instead of 30 fps

took a close, frame by frame look at my recent recordings and it seems to be
duplicating every 4th frame to make the 5th, like it's outputting 24 fps and
repeating frames to get to 30 fps. I swapped back to my other non-Dell 4K
webcam I was using before and it records fine in OBS at 4K 30

Fun times. Of course I had them send UPS to pick it up to send it back.
I worked for Dell for a long time in a previous work life, and one thing I
