CD-R/RW & R drives don't read cd's
I can't get info from my pocket CR-RW in my new Deminison 3000 w/ a
Samsung CD-R/RW SW2S2S and a Samsung CD-R SC-148A. Both drives will paly music
CD's but can not get info. from other CD's.

Inspirion 5150 dvd/cd-r combo, does it play dvd-r's?
I just bought an inspirion and it came with a dvd/cd-r combo drive. My
question is, can it read dvd-r disks? I need to back up alot of data from my
current machine and it would be alot easier to run it off of a few dvd-rs than
a bunch cd-r's.

New Dell 8600 came with NEC 6500a DVD +/- R/RW drive...won't do -R

8300 CD-R Recording Problem
I have a Phillips D28 DVD+r/rw - CD-r/rw drive which came installed on my

Hello! I have an Inspiron 600m with a HL-DT-ST DVD+RW GCA-4040N drive
(I have no idea what those letters/numbers mean, it's just the information in
