ERROR code: SAE-080001 Resource Not Available!

Question

This morning, we got alerts that SRS is not reachable from some devices. When we checked the gateway web interface we get the below. {'type':'ERROR','code':'SAE-080001','message':'Resource Not Available!','details':{'responseAction':'','detailedDescription':'','additionalErrors':[],'additionalInfo':{}}} We looked up SAE-080001 in the manual and get he same info we already know 'Resource Not Available!' We have rebooted the server still get the same error. And we have check disk space as well and nothing is full. Any thoughts?

Thank you for your question. What version is it? Is it the virtual edition? Are you able to ping it? Did anything change in the network that could make it unreachable? Usually this is something with the networking and not with the free space.
