we have a ticket for the same error. Support has commented that it is a "SAE" error. SAE connects to ESRS servers, shows no disconnects, and "Collection" tests complete without error, and are visible to the system in DELL. even if the internet, SMTP and Global and Enterprise server tests show "error".
cosmetic error, and they would be scaling the case with Development.
Tomorrow we have a session with support, and hopefully it will be resolved.

we keep encountering the same error. Opened SR# , seems abandoned nobody is responding since 11/12/20. Please help
