How do I change root password on Dell Secure Connect Gateway

I know the root password and can SSH as root. I also know the admin account password and can login to web ui. How can I change the root password? I need to do this as part of security best practice. Again, not the admin account but rather root. I checked the Dell Secure Connect Gateway Troubleshooting Guide but did not find.
