IDRAC 5000_7: SNMP settings of the device could not be configured because of an unexpected error.
All of my SupportAssist Enterprise clients with IDRAC 9 are not communicating due to an SNMP error. Dell Support has advised me to downgrade the firmware to version 3.21.26.22 until the SupportAssist app is patched. I am currently running version 2.0.10.13. Does anyone know when the update will be released?

Hi Stefan
Any update or workaround on this one?
Thx

I am also waiting for this to be fixed. In the mean time, can I somehow clear the Monitoring Capabilities Failed status in SupportAssist for the affected devices after manually configuring SNMP traps? How do I know this is working prior to a real issue occurring?
