Issue with Dell System Detected.

Hello everybody,

I wanted to check my laptop last night then I ran diagnostics. But when it came to 2nd step, a message came up: "There was an issue with the application which detects what Dell system you are using."

Although I have tried many ways: redownload/reinstall the app, restart the laptop, it still appears.

How to solve this issue? Thank you.

Is the issue with the application -  Dell System Detect. If yes then this is not the correct forum for the issues related to Dell System Detect application.  Please contact DELL Tech Support on this.
