Multiple Users in SupportAssist version: 4.00.05.30

Question

So there's no way to integrate AD authentication into SupportAssist version: 4.00.05.30?  And only one local account (Admin)?  We all just share the local Admin account?  Am I missing something here?

Hey guys, just received this information. SAE 4.0 doesn’t support multiple users and currently, there is no way to integrate Active Directory authentication in SAE 4.0.5. CheersStefan
