Hi, when you have downtime, please try to restart gateways accordingly to refresh services + sync. If this doesn't work then I can recommend to you call the support with a pro support warranty service tag. Because most likely they will establish a remote session to resolve this. Because they will adjust some settings with commands. I saw some similar internal cases and they mostly did remote sessions. Unfortunately, there is no public information about this situation.
