Pulling Gen14 servers into SupportAssit Enterprise

I have SupportAssist Enterprise 2.0.50.32 installed on a Virtual Server and am unable to add Gen14 Servers into it. It grabs Gen12 and Gen12 servers, but won't get Gen14's. Any body run across this?
