It is not advised to delete files manually to uninstall SAE. SAE should be in corrupt state now, as SAE related files have been manually deleted/removed.
Please follow below steps and update us.
Log into SAE Linux server using Putty
Does below folder structure exists in customer environment? /opt/dell/supportassist/bin
Run below command and share the putty screenshot rpm -qa | grep supportassist

The biggest issue is that you need to follow the instructions mentioned on Page 167 of the user guide (below) to do Uninstallation of SAE 2.x Linux
