SCG - Powerstore not connected

Hi everyone

I have a question for SCG - Powerstore connection

Both device firmwares are satisfied and Access Firwall port.

In SCG, I click add device(data storage - Powerstore) and enter the few inforamtion about device(Powerstore).

When i press th Apply button, it will not be added with the corresponding mark.

Does anyone have a case or document for that?? I would like to know how to solve it.

-> Personally, i think it can't be added because of permissions.
