Yes, everything is all right until this (using localhost and LDAP):

• Click Test connection.
• - connection is successful.
• If the connection is successful, click Apply
• - I click apply, got this:

Everything seems fine but after this,I can click apply, but nothing happens.

We also have this problem. We can't save our ldap configuration.

i suggest you to contact the support to deep analyze ldap config.

Can you try to export in CSV?

The issue is present either selecting LDAP and Localhost and LDAP?

I can't export as .csv. It doesn't matter what I choose, I can't save it.

Hi All,

I was able to configure LDAP using Microsoft Edge.

Click Test, then Apply and then change pages and when asked if you want to save, click yes.

I tried with edge, didn't work - SAE-080001 Error occurred, same with IE,FF,Chrome. Thanks for the idea anyway.

Just for testing, if you were to recreate the group, and then configure the LDAP as the previously provided walkthrough shows, do the settings then save on the new group, or no?
