Hi Stefan, I was able to add the device directly to SAE. The issue was solved by rebooting the OpenManage Enterprise appliance, after about 30 mins the devices started to slowly appear in SAE. This was a very odd issue that I have never seen before. Thanks

Hi Aaron,
could you please try to add one of those servers manually to SupportAssist Enterprise (SAE)?
Would be nice to see if this works and if not what the error will be.
Please let me also know the version of iDRAC firmware and SAE.
