SupportAssist Device Groups
As far as I can tell, SA Ent's device group feature only allows you to group servers together manually to have a different point of contact than your SupportAssist admin. Is this correct?
In the future will we be able to filter by device group on the cases and collections screens?

Hi qdellforum,
you're completely right, the groups bring you the option to give different contacts for the devices in the groups. And also gives you the ability to filter the systems by the groups in the devices list.
Right now I cannot tell if there will be such a feature added to the SupportAssist Enterprise, but I really like your idea and hope that this will be implemented right soon.
