SupportAssist does not start
System Model PowerEdge T320
Operating System Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2, Standard x64 Edition
Operating System Version Version 6.1 (Build 7601 : Service Pack 1) (x64) Server Full In
BIOS Version 2.6.0
Firmware Version 2.61.60.60
I've installed SupportAssist (DELL EMC SAE 2.0.10.13) to test with, but when I go to log in I get an unable to connect page. The credentials are not requested.
GOOGLE CHROME (Version 72.0.3626.109 (Official Build) (64-bit)) writing:
This site can’t be reached localhost refused to connect.
Search Google for localhost 9099 SupportAssist resx login
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
InternetExplorer – the same.
Who can help?

Hi StranaSL,
somehow the localhost blocks the connection. Can you please try to connect via another system.
SupportAssist Enterprise User's Guide 2.0 no longer available.
SupportAssist Enterprise User's Guide 4.0
Let me know if this way works.
Cheers
Stefan

Hi Jardani Wickkk,
could you please be a bit more precise on the issue you are facing right now.
This topic was created beginning of this year, there were some changes with the tool so please describe the issue a bit further.
Thanks
Stefan

Tiene que habilitar el IIS en el equipo que lo estas instalando de lo contrario nunca levantara el servicio, en panel de control, programas, activar o desactivar características de Windows. Reiniciar y listo el aplicativo funcionando
