Supportassist Enterprise Session timeout

Thank you John for the quick response on this.  I am checking with the SMEs to see if the session timeout value is adjustable or not.  Once I get a response from them, I will update this post accordingly.

I also am interested in extending the timeout.  I found a file called webserver.properties and I assume that any change in timeout would go there, but I would like the proper syntax.
