SupportAssist for Isilon
Customer is looking for a presentation on SupportAsist for Dell Storage (Isilon) and maybe a flow chart of Support Dell Storage Support. I was trying to understand how SupportAssist will assist better and the route of a call home event from the Isilon (i.e. SR creation, call back communication, remote assistances, etc.).
Is there one out there for Isilon?
