Telemetry collections
Hi,
I migrated SCG to new virtual machine with same IP but last Windows server 2025. Everything is OK but only think do not work is "Telemetry collections" can´t upload. I tried find somethink in docu, but nothink there about this problem.
Can somebody help ? thx David

Yes — this looks very likely like this KB for SCG where collection upload failures are known in SCG v5.16 and earlier, and the recommendation is to **upgrade SCG to the latest version** .

Your screenshot shows collections that are only partially encrypted and then failed on upload, which fits the SCG upload-status problem Dell describes for older SCG releases . The same KB mentions backend communication / file-status lookup failures such as a `connection reset`, which can make the UI report failed uploads even when the collection itself was generated .
## Most likely fix
- Upgrade **Secure Connect Gateway** to the latest supported version .
- Then re-test a new collection upload.
- If you are also using OME Services plugin anywhere in the path, Dell says earlier versions there are affected too.
