Telemetry failure Collection For SecureConnectGateway

Hello all, I am having issue doing a telemetry collection on Dell SecureConnectGateway. I verified that the credentials are correct and even reset to new credentials. I am using the superadmin account. I've checked for updates/hotfixes. It mentions something about the WSMAN protocol but I don't see that option on iDRAC web dashboard; I'm using iDRAC 8 by the way. I am using a profile named "test" to run the telemetry collection and I made sure that the credentials for this test profile matches the iDRAC credentials for the target device. Please note that the SCG is running on a Linux VM and the target devices that I want to collect telemetry data on are running Windows OS. Please let me know if you need additional details, thank you in advanced!

  • Device: NX3230, confirmed supported per Dell's own support matrix
  • SCG: Virtual Edition on SLES 15 SP6, confirmed containers running (sae, srs, alert)
  • Symptom: WSMan auth failure despite verified-correct iDRAC credentials (tested via direct fresh login) and correct device type/protocol configuration
