Windows Server 2016 with multiple NICS return wrong IP to Support Assist server.

I have configured a SCOM Adapter and synced Dell Servers to Support Assist. It works but I have a Hyper-V Failovercluster with multiple NIC's and when Support Assist try to communicate with each Hyper-V host each Host replies with a wrong IP from one of the other NIC's, an IP address Support Assist not is able to communicate with.

How do I configure Support Assist or the WIndows Server OS so the Server replies with the IP which Support Assist started the communication with.

I have tried to change metric on the management NIC and I have tried to configure "skipasssource" option on the NIC which is not allowed to return a reply to Support Assist. That didn't work.

Another problem is that some of the Servers with multiple NIC's is now stuck in "revalidating device"

Hi Morten,

The suggested approach would be to discover the Public IPs from each node of the cluster.

SupportAssist does not support cluster IPs at this time.

Thank You.
