Thaks for ur update

I have installed the ESRS gateway in a VM in our cloud.

and that doesnt have internet access.

But it have intranet working fine and can reach Storage.

Does this require a working internet connection.

If thats the issue then y we are getting the below error as the storage can be reached via intranet

treacetcp result says " Destination reached in 3ms . Port closed on "Storage IP" .

Is there any service i need to enabled on the Clarrion/SP's to get this worked?

I have installed CECT tool.

After installing this tool i found that the EMC services got stopped in this server.

When i tried to start it automatically gets stopped.

The services except IIS,Watchdog & Proxy in the config tool now shows as disconnected

The issue was resolved by re-installing the ESRS gateway.

Once again thats a lot

Click Cluster Management > General Settings > Remote Support. To enable ESRS, click Enable ESRS.
